Working With Clients: In establishing the structure of a funding engagement with a client we consider two elements; First the unlimited involvement of Aquinas in all aspects of planning and strategy to assure that the client is best positioned and prepared to undertake a funding effort and then the development of the funding audiences and resources that would be most productive in achieving funding success. In establishing our engagement fee structure we have included two cost elements; first a retainer fee to cover the unlimited Aquinas involvement in all aspects of planning and strategy to achieve funding success and a contingent success fee percentage of the funding amount achieved. |

She also held responsibility for development and implementation of credit risk management policies and procedures. As a consultant Pat has worked with community banks and community development financial institutions in assessing risk management needs in lending and credit administration, developing loan policies, defining portfolio risks, establishing risk rating systems and improving and documenting procedures for identification, administration and monitoring of impaired and workout loans. Pat graduated from Temple University, summa cum laude, with a BA in Business Administration. Additionally, during her career she completed various courses in finance, accounting, sales and management at the University of Pennsylvania.
